This is a very good question. Before to go ahead and read this brief issue, I'd like to invite the reader to take a look at "Lost Books" and "Numbers, prophesies and symbolism"

Obviously it should be the Bible to give us the indication that it is not complete and that we should look forward for new revelations or scriptures.

Revelation 19:10

for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Every Christian should posses this gift and support it

To John was told

Revelation 10:11
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

We don't have these prophesies.

There are two angels in the last days bringing something.

Revelation 10:2
2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth,

Revelation 14:6
6 ¶ And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

One will come with a book and the other one with the everlasting Gospel.

Obviously Isaiah 29:18 is just a natural consequence.

18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

Ezekiel 37 is clearly speaking about the history of the tribe of Joseph, but I will not use it, too many people are trying to distort it. There are other scriptures by Ezekiel more clear and sharp on this topic.

Ezekiel 12:16
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD.

Ezekiel 14:22
22 Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, [both] sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, [even] concerning all that I have brought upon it.

Ezekiel 14:23
23 And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord GOD.

With this introduction and specially if you took a look at the two talks that I just mentioned at the very beginning, let's go to verify if there are more clues or proof of this.

The Bible is composed of 66 books. It is weird 2 times the number six. The number six it is usually given to the devil, but in this case it means "no complete", in fact the number seven it means complete.

Genesis 2:2
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

We have then a case here in which by the symbolism the Bible says that it is missing another witness to be complete. Even the Book of Mormon, that the latter days saints mantein like divine, has the same problem, but this is well known, in fact the Book of Mormon is just 2/3 of the whole book, it is missing the sealed part. Also the Book of Mormon, in a surprising way, has the same numeric symbolism, in fact is composed by 15 books, the sum is 6 (no complete) 2 x 3, practically it is saying that 2/3 are given (considering the Bible the first THIRD and that the third sealed is not given so far). The sum of the 66 books of the Bible with the 15 of the books of the Book of Mormon bring us to 81.  The number eight it means the beginning of  a new cycle and the number one represent God the beginner, in fact the Bible with the Book of Mormon has open a new dispensation. The sum 81 is 9 3 x 3, idea of perfection. being the number 12 the divine guide on earth, it seems evident that when we will receive the last third this sum will reach 12 and since this is the last dispensation in which God will gather and restore all things, when we will have the sealed part of the book of Mormon everything will be done.

Probably this last part will make many people to scream: "this is just a joke!"

Well, what about the first part with all the scriptures quoted by the Bible?

Paul said

1 Thessalonians 5:21
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Isaiah 45:8 and Psalms 85:11.
